仙台で土佐の味覚銘酒を堪能出来ました、おいしかったぁ⤴️⤴️⤴️ 藁焼きで炙った肉厚なカツオのたたき、絶品です‼️あら塩とわさび、ねぎ、しょうがなどの薬味でいただけば藁の香りが鼻を通り抜け。行った日が日曜日だったからか「コースとは別ですがたたきを半額でご提供いたします」思わずもう一皿お願いしてしまいました。ぶりしゃぶのせり鍋もぶりの旨味と仙台の冬の名物のコラボ、酒が進むすすむ?すっきりと淡麗な飲み口の「四万十川」文旦サワーに文旦ハイボール、しょうが梅酒など飲み物類も個性的で旨い❗そして何より店員さんたちの笑顔、迅速丁寧さはポイントメチャ高いです? 4人で行きましたが事前に「個室があれば個室で」と予約したところ6人掛けの部屋でゆったりも満喫出来ました❕

カウンターでボッチ呑みです。 鰹のたたきは、厚みがありお店オススメですが、皮の面積が広い分、炙り方次第で焦げ味が強く出ます。好みですが、個人的にはもう少し薄い方がいいです。

お塩で頂く厚切りカツオの藁焼きが絶品です。 高知の郷土料理である藁焼きをメインにしたエンタメとおもてなしが溢れる素敵なお店。 遅い時間でもとても人が多く賑わっていました。 色々な藁焼きがありますが中でもオススメしたいのはやっぱりカツオ。 カウンターのすぐそばで焼いてみせてくれる藁は大きな炎が上がりやすくとてもびっくり!! これは是非間近で見てもらいたい。 見たことのない厚切りにされたそれに高知室戸岬の甘塩をぱらっとかけ、たっぷりの玉ねぎ、ミョウガ、わさび、にんにくを乗せていただくのが高知流だとか。 実際藁で焼いた香ばしい香りはポン酢よりシンプルな塩が断然おススメです。 香りの良い藁焼きに合わせ作られた日本酒が『辛口吟醸げに辛』 創業230年と土佐でもっとも老舗の西岡酒造とわらやき屋コラボの日本酒はここだけでしか味わえない逸品だそう。 量は飲めないのでちょっぴり味見させてもらったのですが辛口だけどとてもあっさりしています。 他にはカマンベールやうつぼなど仙台ではなかなか食べられないような藁焼きも。 うつぼはコラーゲンたっぷりで女性にオススメです。 時間によっては店員さんによるよさこいのパフォーマンスが開催されたり、じっと見てたら藁焼きの藁をちょっと多めで焼いてくれたり店員さん一人一人のおもてなしの気持ちをしっかり感じます。 お料理も美味しく楽しい時間を過ごせました。

初めてわらやきを食べましたがかなり感動しました。チェーン店ということなので是非地元にも来てほしいと思いました!

ワイワイしていたので、記念日やデートというよりは、友達や会社の同僚との飲み会に良いのではないかと思う。金曜日は混んでいるせいなのか、一杯目から飲み物が出てくるのが遅かったが、ビールはキンキンに冷えていてよかった。お店に滞在中、飲み物がなかなか出てこなかった。飲み放題ではなく、焼酎や日本酒をチビチビ飲むのがいいかもしれない。 コースのメニューは突然変わるようなので、食べたいものがあれば事前に電話で確認するのがオススメ。ホットペッパーに書いてあるメニューではなく、写真に載っているものが[正]とのこと… 鰤しゃぶのコースを頼んでいたが、鍋が出てくるタイミングで鰤ではなく鶏肉になると言われた。遅すぎる。なんとか用意してもらうことができ、味は美味しかったが、せっかくの忘年会がびみょーな感じで終わったのが残念。

There are some good and some bad things about this restaurant. Because of the bad things, the overall experience was not so pleasant. The good: 1. Spectacular way of preparing the seared bonito and beef tongue. They were both very good. 2. The staff is very friendly The bad: 1. Extra tablecharge of 1000 Yen (2 persons) without any notice before! 2. The karaage was bad. Not juicy, not crispy and no flavour to it at all.
