I haven't been able to go there these days, but it's easy to get in by myself, and the rice and sake are the best. An important shop that made me like smoked food.

The atmosphere of the shop is the best. Ideal for drinking alone or in small groups. The dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients are also good. My personal recommendation is Aji Fly. It's rare, so you can enjoy it ... The soba is also delicious. You can enjoy a variety of sake, mainly Japanese sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薫製料理と日本酒がメインのお店です。とはいうものの、日替わりメニューではその日仕入れた活きのいいお魚のお刺身等もあるので、薫製料理以外も色々楽しめます。お酒も定番の日本酒に山形の「くどき上手」、長野の「信濃鶴」が入っているのが個人的には嬉しいです。定番以外にも日替り日本酒があり、ワイン、ウイスキー、ハイボール、最近は生グレープフルーツサワーもあるので、日本酒が苦手な女性でも料理とお酒を楽しめるかと。
最近のおすすめ料理は「紬のレアアジフライ」‼アジフライの概念が変わるかも?
〆では、お蕎麦、海鮮茶漬け、焼きおにぎり等があり、別のお店で行った飲み会の後、〆もの食べに行くのもいいですよー。

In 〆, there are soba, seafood pickles, grilled rice balls, etc. It is good to go to eat 〆 after a drinking party at another shop.
