★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台で5本の指に入るせり鍋人気店で、しかも10人くらいしか入らない小料理店なので、週末などは特に予約しないと無理です。せり鍋以外も、貝焼きやクレソン鍋や天ぷらなど、旬の食材を女性ならではの丁寧な調理でさばいてくれて美味しいです。日本酒にバッチリ合います。
一人で切り盛りしており、忙しいので、ホスピタリティなどを期待する繊細な観光客の方には向いていないかもしれません。食器の上げ下げなどを一緒に楽しんでくれるくらいフランクな方にオススメです。でも、ここに限らず、仙台で本当に美味しいお店はこういう一人二人で切り盛りしている小さなお店なんです！
せりは少しづつ、根っこは1分、葉茎は30秒ほど熱いだし汁にくぐらせるくらいで食べて頂き、シャキシャキ感を味わうのがオススメです（もちろん好みですが）。

二人なら、〆は雑炊とうどんの両方を一人前ずつ食べられるので試して欲しい。この店のが美味しく感じないなら、それはきっとせり鍋が苦手なんだと思う。派手さはないが、冬の季節にぴったりの優しい味だ。
せり鍋以外の単品料理は酒のつまみには合うが食事には向かない。
こじんまりした店内には立派な生花が飾ってあり好感が持てる。
ただ、女将さんの声が大きくて飾らないので、悪気が無くても狭い店内では当たりが強すぎて少し怖い…。最初は面食らうので覚悟して行きましょう！
女将さんと言うより、板前さんが女将の留守を一人で任されて困惑しながら切り盛りしてるってシチュエーションをイメージすると、楽しめるお店だと思います。

結果こちらのお店をチョイスして大正解でした。
コース？で頂いたウドと牡蠣の天ぷらが本当にサイコーでお代わりをお願いしようか親子で悩んだほど。
そしてメインイベントのせり鍋。
高校生息子も食らいつく美味しさでした。
計3人前のせり鍋の後雑炊セットを頂いて親子で大満足でした。
帰りにホテルで飲むために買った日本酒が美味しくなく感じました。恐らくこちらで出してくれる日本酒もとても美味しいものだったのだと思います。
女将さんもせり鍋の食べ方をレクチャーしてくれるだけでなく、気さくに話してくれる楽しい方でした。
せり鍋に限らずオススメのお店だと思います。

2人前簡単に行けちゃいます。
作り方は鴨肉と根を蓋を閉め沸騰させる。その後残りのセリを入れると同時に弱火にしてすぐにでも食べれます。
コースは時間がかかるので事前予約が良いとのこと。貝焼き馬刺しも美味しかった。
座席はカウンター6席と4席✖️2の座席あり。
締めの雑炊最高でした。ご馳走様です。

せり鍋は予想通り美味しく、〆の雑炊もふわふわ卵で大満足。
このお店の構造上いたしかないかも知れませんが、ワンオペの為接客が冷たく感じました。
注文しても「時間かかります」の一言。
もう少し言い方があるのでは…と思いました。
料理がおいしいのに、残念。
