ご飯がパサパサで、それも本場っぽいかも。
Used for lunch on holidays. It was empty. All set meals are cheap within 1,000 yen, but the taste is reasonable.
The rice is dry and dry, which may be authentic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナポリタンのパンチョに行こうと思っていたところ、中央線ガード下の看板メニューに吸い込まれ。急遽予定変更してこちらのお店へ。台湾小皿料理らしいです。お昼だったので、ランチメニューからセレクトしました。担々麺系のラーメン？と焼売のセットです。味付けは非常にマイルドでどなたでも合いそうな感じです。個人的にラーメンは辛いものがすきなのでラー油と胡椒を結構かけて調整しました。お店の人はおそらく現地（もしくは中国）の人で日本的な接客ではなく、アジア系の対応でした（要はめちゃホスタビリティがあるわけでもなく、合理的）。
料理は個人的にはおいしかったので、機会があれば再訪するかと思います。少人数であまり癖のない料理を求めている人向けかと思います。
When I was thinking of going to Napolitan Pancho, I was sucked into the signboard menu under the Chuo Line guard. I changed my schedule in a hurry and went to this shop. It seems to be a Taiwanese small plate dish. It was lunch, so I selected it from the lunch menu. Tantan noodle-based ramen? And shumai set. The seasoning is very mild and it seems to suit everyone. Personally, I like spicy ramen, so I adjusted it with a lot of chili oil and pepper. The shop staff was probably local (or Chinese), not Japanese-style customer service, but Asian-style (in short, it's not very hostable and rational).
The food was delicious personally, so I think I'll come back if I get the chance. I think it's for people who are looking for a small group of people who don't have much habit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉祥寺駅に近くて深夜にも食事ができるお店です。改装前から利用していますが、近年は徐々に値上げしており安い中華屋さん的な感じは薄れてきています。カウンターもあり一人ご飯も大丈夫です。居酒屋利用もできますよ。
A restaurant near Kichijoji Station where you can eat late at night. We use it before renovation, but in recent years prices have gradually increased and the feeling of a cheap Chinese restaurant has faded. There is a counter and you can eat alone. You can also use a tavern.

ただ、電子マネーやカードは使えず現金のみでしたので、その点はご注意ください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厨房で男の料理人がマスクもせず大声で談笑。何これあり得ん。女性の接客係は愛想よくいいんだけどお客さんが使うトイレは使わないで従業員専用のトイレを使って欲しい、なきゃしょうがないけど。料理の味？ノーマスク厨房みて「ちっ、しまったヤバい手遅れだけど取り敢えず早く出なきゃ」と思ったんで味なんざわかりません。ただデザートの杏仁豆腐は美味しかったかな、缶詰っぽかったけど。

知人にすすめられたルーロー飯と、エビ春巻きを注文しましたが、いずれも絶品でした。
特にルーロー飯は、野菜炒めがいい仕事をしています。
どれも美味しそうで選ぶのに困ります。
Probably a delicious restaurant no matter what you eat.
I ordered the rouleaux rice recommended by my acquaintance and the shrimp spring rolls, both of which were excellent.
Especially for rouleaux rice, stir-fried vegetables do a good job.
Everything looks delicious and I have a hard time choosing it.
