金額の変更があったのに引き取時に言わなかった。帰宅後に伝票を見て連絡したが謝罪も無し、連絡すると後日連絡無し。こちらから再度連絡したところ、謝罪無し、直ぐに振込先を聞かれた。返金はあったが、何か納得いかない対応でした。

ほつれの直しを依頼しました。 持ち込みも受け取りも週末だったせいか少々並びましたが、カウンセリングをしっかりしていただき仕上げも丁寧でした。 個人的には受け取りだけでも郵送があると楽だなと思ってしまいましたが、受け渡しに確認が必要なので難しいですかね・・・。

2019年10月に消費税が10%に改定されたにもかかわらず以前の8%のままの修理料金事例を自社のホームページに掲載し続け放置したまま…。それを信じて手ごろな料金価格だと交通費をかけて直しに持って行ったら1000円も高い料金を請求された。しかも問題は対応した店員さんではなく会社なのに現場に処理させる始末。以前は直しに出し顧客名簿にも登録されていたが今回の件で2度と頼むまいと思いアプリも即刻削除した。直しも賛否色々あるが会社の対応が杜撰過ぎる

星1つも付けたくない。ショッキングピンクの髪の女性がいたが、接客をする仕事としてどうかと思うし、さらに対応がぶっきらぼうで、仕上がった物を雑に袋に詰めて投げるように渡された。仕上がりも対して綺麗ではないし、他の店の方が手頃な価格で綺麗に直してくれるので、もう二度と頼まない。 私の友人もパンツの丈つめで利用したことがあるようだが、自分の指定した長さより短くカットされたようだ。短いから直してくれと言ったそうだが、「伝票通りの作業なので再直しは有料です」と言われたとのこと。裁断後の余った布を測ればミスが人目で分かると思い、「切った布は?」と聞くと勝手に処分してしまったとのこと。勝手に処分しておいて「伝票通りの作業なので」はないだろ。どんな会社だよ。短く切られたパンツは元に戻らないし、金をドブに捨てたようなものだろ。絶対に利用しない方がいい。こんなずさんな会社で働いている従業員も可哀想だ。社員教育もろくにしていないような雰囲気でもあるので。パンツの丈つめとか以外は工場に送るので1週間以上かかるとも言われたが、逆にここの従業員はパンツの丈つめなどの簡単な仕事しかやらせて貰えないのか。従業員を育てるという頭はないのか。色々可哀想な会社だ。
