匿	匿名花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉県川越市の山口病院。精神の診断書の作成依頼して１カ月以上たつので、電話で催促したら男性職員が出て「まだ出来てません！」あやまりもせず嫌々な受け答えをしてきました。医師に「早く作成して下さい」と伝えて下さいと丁重にいったにも関わらず何も言わずに切られました。どういう職員教育をしているのか理解に苦しみます山口病院の理事長さん。中年のおばさん職員に診断書を渡したのですが「忙しからいつできるか分からないよ！」といわれ唖然としました。その後１カ月前に渡したと主張したら貰っていないとすっとぼけられてしまいました。ちなみに初診の埼玉医大は直に作成され貰いました。後はここのダメ病院の診断書だけなのです。週４日来ているのに作成せず、看護婦と無駄話をしている大賀健太郎医師、診療だけでなく文書作成という医師の仕事を果たしていません。このまま作成しようとしないなら、弁護士か社労士に訴えようかと思います。医師も職員も低レベルです。建物は立派でもカルテも電子化しておらず古い体制で診療を行っています。トラブルにならないよう文書作成依頼の控えとか作ればいいのに大雑把な口約束で診断書を受け取っています。水曜日の医師は、はずれです。 Yamaguchi Hospital in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
