★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Android携帯のバッテリー交換を依頼しましたが、入金して一ヶ月経ってもバッテリーが入庫しないと言うことでキャンセルしました。
バッテリーが入らないのは仕方ないですが、受付時にはそういう説明が全くなく、なかなか入庫の連絡がなかったので、十日ぐらい経った時、こちらから一度連絡を入れた際に初めて「時間が掛かる」と言われ、それではいつ頃入庫するのかと訊いたら「早ければ3日間ぐらいで入るので、入ったら連絡します」とのこと。
その際、「連絡が無かったのは受付票に打たれている自分の携帯番号が間違って登録されているからではないか」と伝えたが、「正しく登録し直しているから大丈夫」と言われ、それなら連絡が入らない心配はないだろうと思ったものの、その後も全く連絡を寄越さない。
堪りかねて1ヶ月過ぎた時に電話したが、「まだいつ入るかも判らない」という。呆れて返金してもらうことにしたが、修理の腕はさておき、客に最低限の報告一つ寄越さないのはいかがなものか？
返金の際に「一度連絡をしたのですが」と言われたが、着信履歴も無く、言い訳としか思えなかった。
残念ながら、ビジネスの基本が出来ていないと思わざるを得ませんでしたね。

I called when I couldn't stand it for a month, but he said, "I don't know when I'll be there yet." I was surprised and decided to get a refund, but aside from the repair skill, why not send a minimum report to the customer?
At the time of refund, I was told "I contacted you once", but there was no incoming call history and it seemed like an excuse.
Unfortunately, I had to think that the basics of business were not established.
