酸辣湯麺は比較するほど食べたことがないですが、しっかり酸味辛味もあって食べやすく美味しいです♪♪
店主や店内はアメリカンな感じで、酸辣湯麺！？ってギャップがあって面白い！
居心地のいいお店です。

誰にも教えたくない気持ちになるほど美味しい。
100円～400円で4段階の量の芹（せり）のトッピングができます。
100円でもたっぷり乗ってました。
テーブルに４種類の酢が置いてあり、途中で味を変えながら食べられるので最後まで飽きずに食べられます。
味変しなくても美味しいです。
割り箸とティッシュに透明なカバーがかかっていました。
他のお店ではここまでの気遣いをあまり見かけないので、コロナ対策も丁寧な印象を持ちました。
店主のマウスガードが機能してるのかどうかはちょっと懐疑的かな…？

食券を買って奥から詰めて着席
カウンターに座ったのですが入り口の扉開けっ放しなのでクーラーは入ってなく厨房の熱気がもろにカウンターにきて食べる前から汗だく
一番スタンダードなスーラータンメンを注文
お店の張り紙にも書いてありましたが好みで酸っぱさ調節できるように本当に酸っぱさは無く酸っぱいの苦手な主人も食べれる感じでした
スープは１００%あんかけで美味しいのですが冷めないし店内の暑さと相まって食べるの辛い…
汗ふき、鼻水ふき、少しづつ麺すすりの繰り返し
もっと寒くなってから行ってたらもっと美味しくいただけてたかと思います
駐車券は店の前と裏の方に数台あります

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の訪問です。店の前に3台駐車可能です。14時近かったので待ち無しでした。今回は海老酸辣湯麺とチャーシュー丼を食券機で注文。見た目は普通の酸辣湯麺でしたが、スープ一口頂くとスーッと海老の風味が口に広がります。辛さは程よいのですが、トロミのスープで熱々なのでより辛く感じるかも知れません。
黒酢が好きなので途中で投入して味変を。チャーシュー丼も美味しく頂きました。月変わりメニューも有るのでまた来たいと思います。

This time, I ordered shrimp hot and sour soup noodles and char siu bowl with a ticket machine. It looked like ordinary hot and sour soup noodles, but when you take a bite of soup, the flavor of shrimp spreads in your mouth. The spiciness is moderate, but it may feel more spicy because it is hot with Toromi soup.
I like black vinegar, so add it in the middle to change the taste. The char siu bowl was also delicious. There is also a monthly menu, so I would like to come back again.

まずは、ノーマルの酸辣湯麺をいただきました。
よーくまぜまぜした後に、そのまま一口。あれっ、酸っぱくない？ピリ辛で、おいしい。餡が野菜たっぷりでうまーい。
また、おじゃまします。

麺がもっちりで良い食感♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分で酸っぱさを調整できるあんかけスーラータンメンであんかけが特に美味しいです。
個性的なラーメンなので好みは分かれるかも知れませんが、そもそものジャンルが珍しいスーラータンメンなのでお好きな方には合うと思います。
酸っぱさはお好みで変えれるので味変含めちょこっとずつ入れてくといいと思いました。
ラーメンですがタイミングによって提供まで時間がかかります。
おそらくあんかけを作るタイミングだと思います。
冬季限定だと思いますがせりが追加できるのは嬉しいです。
駐車場は多くはないですがありますし、停めやすいです。
店の中の雰囲気はロックな感じで個性があります。
店主の方が特徴的な方だと感じました。
全体的に良くも悪くも個性的なのでスーラータンメンがお好きな方は一度行ってみると良いと思います
