Katsudon is the strongest! Crispy until the end! It just takes time to do it, but it's worth eating!

The seats are quite low for both chairs and tables. Lunch time is very crowded. Offer may be delayed depending on the time of day. Soba seems to be hand-made, but the taste and flavor do not have much characteristics. Soba hot water is also very light. Soup is a salty eye. It was a bit too dark for me. Dry noodles are also sold in the store. The parking lot is behind the store. A gravel space at the end of a narrow alley. Payment is cash only.

Well, it's delicious, but if you ask for it, it won't come out in 40 minutes. The amount of soba is small and I had to wait for an hour even though it wasn't crowded, so I won't go anymore.

Both the exterior and the interior create the atmosphere of a well-established soba restaurant, and the atmosphere is very good. The choice is Zaru soba 700 yen. I waited a little until the offer, but it was acceptable. The appearance is clear and beautiful noodles, but the impression is that the amount is small. Even if you actually try to eat it, it is probably enough for another man to eat and work well. The flavor is not so strong and the impact is lighter than it looks. Juice is not a concern when eating with soba, but when drinking soba hot water it is very salty if you do not adjust the amount once by transferring it to a cup. I think it would be nice if there was a set menu, but it's a traditional soba shop. It may be cool to eat buckwheat and return home. There are also Chinese noodles and bowls, so I'd like to try them next time.

! Attention 'Parking lot is hard to find': Turn around, stop diagonally in the narrow space and enter through the narrow alley from the back entrance. Soba-ya's table seems to be low unlike the Western-style table so that it will be just around the height of the mouth when you make a meal. In that respect too, it's just an old soba restaurant, not a gourmet partner. It was delicious, served with a long leek on the side. I also drank the soup, it was delicious. Foreigners said, "Tsuyu wa shasuii", but did you eat Mori (or Zaru)? It is true that the soup is "simmering and eating". The soup for Mori is quite thick, so if you fold it in two buckwheat noodles and lift it up to about eight dimensions (a few tens of centimeters), it may be better to put the soup only on 1/4 to 1/3 of that I do not know.

Was not a huge fan of this place despite it obviously seeming like a popular staple within the local community. In my opinion, the soba noodles lacked impact and the soup was too salty. There is a parking lot but you have to take some narrow roads to get to the back of the building, and there's this little gravel parking area. Keep your eyes up when looking for it because the sign is pretty high up. To get into the shop from the parking lot, you have to go through a narrow hallway to the back entrance of the shop.
