此	此花咲耶 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いが来そうにない、会いそうにない地域にジムが出来たので、短期お試しのつもりで行ってみました。マシン設備は最新でよかったです。女性専用ゾーンが少しあり、落ち着きます。比率的には男性が多い気がします。筋トレマシンとウォーキング&ランニングマシンなど種類もまぁまぁ豊富で、人が多い時は空くのを待ちますが待ってる間は他のマシンで時間を潰せます。ウォーキングマシンでテレビやYouTubeなどが見られるので、イヤホンはあった方がいいです。いかにもジムスタイル！という方もいらっしゃいますが、ジャージにTシャツという方もいらっしゃるので、そんなに気合いを入れた格好じゃなくても大事です。スタッフがいるときはマシンの正しい使い方を教えていただいたり、質問したり出来ます。人見知りなので声をかけるのはハードルが高いのですが、たまに正しくないマシンの使い方をしてしまっている時にスタッフさんから声をかけてくださるので、その時は会話できるので嬉しいです。常連さんは、仲良くお話してたりしていい雰囲気でした。フレンドリーさが羨ましい… 更衣室は男女別で、新しい分キレイですが２つあるシャワールームは片方の脱衣場がとても狭かったです。男性用は分かりませんが、更衣室にクイックルワイパーがあり、特に女性は床に髪を落としたままで汚いなーって気になる時にかけてます。あと、スタッフがいない時間がありますが、土日は夜に来たらクイックルワイパーそのものに髪の毛いっぱいで替えのシートもないため、そのまま使いましたが人が多い曜日こそ夕方にはシートを1回替えておいて欲しいです。人の長い髪って目につくし、洗面カウンターから床に落としてハイ終わり！って人もいたので気持ち悪く感じるのでクイックルワイパーはぜひ欲しいです。 I got a gym in an area I didn't get to know and wouldn't meet, so I went for a short trial. The changing rooms are separate for men and women, but they are new and beautiful, but the two shower rooms have very small dressing areas. I don't know for men, but there is a quick wiper in the changing room, especially for women who want to stay dirty on the floor and get dirty. Also, there are times when there is no staff, but on Saturdays and Sundays, the quick wiper itself is full of hair and there is no replacement sheet, so I used it as it is, but on the day with many people, change the sheet once in the evening I want you to keep it.
