こ	こう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤのパンク修理(1本)をしてもらいに行きましたが、不可だった為タイヤ交換を提案されました。(4本) ここまではまぁよくある量販店の流れです。ただそのタイヤが純正タイヤよりも低ランクだったのですが、値段がとても高額かつこっちのタイヤの方がいいと謎のゴリ押しをされました。暇だったのか店員3人くらいに詰め寄られましたが、もちろん断りました。後日ネットで購入し、半分程度で済みました。危ないところでした… ただ、店内の店員さんは悪くないと思います。 I went to have a flat tire repaired (1), but it was not possible, so I was offered to replace the tire. 赤	赤松康充 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒い夕方、出先で駐車していた愛車のバッテリーが上がって車が動かず困った時の話です。長年交換してなかったので取り替え時かと決心し、一番近くだったイエローハットまで友人の車に乗せてもらい、五日市南店でバッテリーだけを購入。再度車のところまで戻り、友人と二人して交換作業に入ったものの、この車（マツダビアンテ）のバッテリーの設置場所は奥まった狭い場所にあり、どうしても古いバッテリーを取り出せない状況に。困り果てて購入した五日市南店に電話し、状況とアドバイスを求めたところ、閉店時間を少し過ぎたタイミングにもかかわらず、親切丁寧に電話応対してくれた上、その社員さんがこちらの困った状況を察して、なんと閉店後の帰宅途中に個人的に様子を見に来てくれました。電話でアドバイスをもらったもののまだまだ悪戦苦闘していた私に、「うまく交換できたか気になって」と交換を手伝って下さいました。感動しました。しかも古いバッテリーの廃棄は、購入されたお客様には無料でやらせてもらってますのでと、帰宅途中のマイカーで持ち帰ってくれるという神対応。感謝しかありませんでした。 It's a story of a cold evening when the battery of my car parked on the go ran out and the car didn't move.
