Until I went to the first place, I wasn't courageous, but when I went there, it was so much fun that I felt like I had forgotten something if I didn't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事以外で身体を動かすことがありませんでした。もう少し早く始めてればこんなに身体がガチガチにならなかったかも…(笑)なので、結構キツイですが気持ち良くて快感です。
I didn't move my body except for work. If I started a little earlier, my body wouldn't have been so stiff ... (laughs), so it's pretty tough, but it feels good and pleasant.
