HP連絡フォームから連絡しているのに、連絡貰ったことすら気づかなかったディーラー。対応がお粗末。日本車ディーラー的な敷居の低さはある。

本日8/10、2014年型のV60T4SEが紆余曲折の末、不完全に形で納車された。7/21に契約、7/22に全額代金を振込したのだが! 振込後担当者から7/24に連絡があった時、常識的に8/5位で納車できるのでは?と聞いたら!陸送が混んでいるので8/10頃になりますと言われた。 で、待っていたが、進捗状況の報告がない。8/5電話すると担当者は休みで、代わりに対応したN所長は「8/10納車できるように進んでいます。」とのこと。当方は当然、車はこちらの工場で整備中と合点した。 (車が大分のディーラーからこちらのディーラーに来たのは8/6だった事を後で聞いた。車も見ずにはったりで出来ると言った訳だ。) 予定通り納車されると思っていたら、8/7に担当者から電話が有り、バックモニターを修理する必要が有り、「8/10に納車できないかも」と言われた。当然、こちらは怒り、予定通りの納車を要求した。 そもそも大分のディーラーはこの車を売りに出した時、バックモニターの故障に気づかなかったのか?うかつ過ぎないか?或いは意図的に隠したのか?そもそも、何故陸送に16日も掛かったのか?その怠慢が無ければ整備の時間は十分あったのではないか?両ディーラーとも親会社(ネクステージ)は一緒だから連携はスムーズな筈ではないか? ボルボジャパンが、他のディーラーの車も取り寄せて商談できると言うフォーマットを作っているのだから、ディーラー間の物流システムは確立しているべきではないか? もやもやと腹立ちの気分が続いた後、8/8担当者より連絡有り、バックモニターの修理は後日!!として、8/10とりあえず不完全な状態だが納車するとのこと。 で、バックモニターが故障したままで、 今日、不完全な状態の車!!を受け取ることになった。(8/22,もしくは8/25に半日かけて修理する予定。ディーラーの怠慢の尻をユーザーが拭けと言うことだ!) で、本日気付いたこと!!商品の購入は、本来現金と現物の交換、または半金入れて納品時、残額支払いすべきだと言うこと。今は大体、全額最初に売り手が受け取るが、アマゾンやヤフーなど客観的な仲介者がいないと不誠実な売り手はやりたい放題だと言うこと。 すなわち、誠実なフォルクスワーゲンでは点検時でも、いつも綺麗に洗車してくれていたが、このボルボディーラーはホイールハウス泥だらけ、フロントガラスも汚れた状態で平気で納車するのだと言うこと。フォルクスワーゲンでは、必要であればタイヤローテーションなどをメカニックが自主的に判断して処理してくれていたが、このボルボディーラーではユーザーが指示しなければ自主的、良心的な処置を期待できないこと。納車された車のタイヤがひびだらけなのは年式から織り込み済みだったが、点検シートに磨り減ったフロントタイヤの残溝の数値が記入されていない、タイヤ状態に関するインフォメーションが全然ないこと、などなど。 今日40km程走らせた感じ、車自体は素性が良いと思う。これからへたったタイヤの交換をして、ツーリングを楽しみたいとも思う。 ただただ、現在のディーラーの対応が場当たり的で残念だった。今後は他の親会社系列の良心的なボルボディーラーにお世話になった方が良いかもしれないと思っている。

Since both dealers have the same parent company (next stage), isn't the cooperation smooth? Since Volvo Japan has created a format that allows other dealers' cars to be ordered and negotiated, shouldn't a logistics system between dealers be established? After the feeling of annoyance continued, the 8/8 staff contacted us, and the back monitor was repaired at a later date !! With the back monitor still out of order, Today, the car in an incomplete state! ! I was supposed to receive. (Scheduled to be repaired on 8/22 or 8/25 for half a day. The user says that the dealer's neglected butt is wiped off!) So what I noticed today! ! The purchase of the product should be paid in exchange for cash and in-kind, or paid in half when the product is delivered. For now, the seller receives the full amount first, but if there is no objective mediator such as Amazon or Yahoo, the dishonest seller is all you want to do. In other words, since the Volkswagen sincerely always washed the car cleanly at the time of inspection, this Volvo dealer says that the car is delivered cleanly with the wheelhouse mud and the windshield dirty. In Volkswagen, mechanics voluntarily judged and processed tire rotation if necessary, but this Volvo dealer cannot expect voluntary and conscientious treatment unless the user instructs. The tires of the delivered cars were already woven from the model year, but the number of remaining grooves on the front tire that had been worn out was not written on the inspection sheet, there was no information about the tire condition, etc. I felt that I ran about 40km today and I think the car itself is good. I also want to change the tires and enjoy touring. However, it was disappointing that the current dealer's response was admirable. In the future, I think it would be better to be taken care of by a conscientious Volvo dealer of another parent company.

XC60ディーゼル購入させていただきました!これから電気の時代になるでしょうが、こんなに静かで燃費が良くてパワフルなのにディーゼルが無くなるなんて勿体ない。まだ装備に慣れてませんが電話で気軽に聞けて助かります。説明書が少し見ずらいかも、全般的に大満足でした。
I purchased XC60 diesel! It will be the age of electricity in the future, but it is inevitable that diesel will be lost though it is so quiet, fuel efficient and powerful. We are not yet used to equipment, but can hear casually over telephone and are saved. The instructions were a little hard to see, but overall I was very satisfied.

V60を修理に出したら逆に壊されました。 2週間前にフュエルポンプの交換頼みましたが(11万円のパーツ&作業)、修理完了後1日車を使った結果、エキゾースト‐パイプのネジが取れており、パイプ自体がぶら下がっている状態になっていました。 運転するには危ない状態だったが、再度このお店に来て、確認をしたところ修理担当のミスでネジが緩まった状態だったことが判明しました。前回の修理の際も適当な対応され且つ質の低い修理をされたので前回の作業代(約3万円)を戻してもらうように店長に依頼しましたが断固拒否でした。サービス質スタッフの質店長の対応全てが非常に残念な対応でした。新しい車を買う予定でしたが、このお店では絶対買いません。そして、お勧めしません。 I took my V60 to replace a fuel pump two weeks ago. After getting my car back I used it for one day and then noticed that one of the exhaust pipes detached and was hanging almost on the floor level. I checked under the car and saw that one of the screws got loose and fell out. I took the car back to the dealership and after checking the car they immediately acknowledged that they did not tie the screws properly which led to the loose exhaust. The car was fixed for free, but I thought it would be only logical for them to compensate me for the troubles. I told them that I don’t need the money for the parts back, but that it would make sense for them to return the cost of the previous work (30k JPY), since they essentially returned my car in a broken state. Unfortunately, the manager did not agree to return the money and resolve this unpleasant experience. Conclusion - TERRIBLE service, both on the car repair and on the sales part. I was thinking to trade in my V60 for a newer XC90 next year, but I will definitely do it somewhere else now. Not going back to this terrible shop.
