アルテッツァのダッシュボードがある日べたべたになりました。
ふいてもふいても、黒いものがとれ、いつまでもふいても綺麗になりません。
「これは、異常だ」
と思い、近所のこの店に行って説明しました。
背の高い男の方が対応してくれました。
事情を説明すると
「はぁ・・・」
と言い、特に何もしてくれません。
だから・・・このべたべた困ってるんです。
と強めに言うと
なんと奥から雑巾をもってきてゴシゴシふき出しました。
「これでどうですか？」
と怪訝そうに言う担当者。
あのときの汚物を見るような顔は忘れられません。
そして、もちろん治ってません。
この店の系列では一生車を買わないと思った日でした。
尚、この現象についてはきちんとした補修方法があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今から15年くらい前のことです。生まれて初めて車を買うことになり、友人のすすめもあってこちらに車を見に来ました。ボロボロのママチャリでカーディーラーに乗り付けたのがよくなかったのか、商談をすすめても本気で相手にしてもらえてない感じがありありで残念だった。
その代わりトヨタの車がいかに素晴らしいかはたくさん教えてもらえました。ローンの業深さなども教えてくれました。そしていまでもあの時しこたま説明されたWishやVitzを思い出す。
当時、こちらのディーラーさんはアフターサービスや購入後の面倒みでの評判がいいと聞いていたものの、初見ではちょっとつらかった。今でもカーディーラー文化が苦手です。
