しかし、県庁前にあるフォルクスワーゲン中央とは運営会社が違うので間違っても同じ車屋だと思い野良を持ち込んでオラついたり「他店購入やが新車ユーザーorオーナーやぞ！」「リコールはよせいや」みたいな強気にならないこと。
こういう客は嫌われます。

接客応対はフツーですが、飲み物が出たあとは放置プレイで、待ち時間を飽きさせない工夫はありません。スマホ、ゲーム機、本・雑誌が必携です。
サービス部門には、技術的にできる人の絶対数が不足しているため、人材育成体制に難がありそうで、全体的なレベルはイマイチな印象です。
