店員さんも親切で、今までの経験からオプションを無理強いしたりせず、むしろ不要とまで言ってくれます
星が一つ少ないのは、駐車場出入口の電柱が邪魔ってことです

店に行くとこんなのは車検に通らないと言われた。
で別のダイハツにみせるとなんの問題も無く車検OK・・・・
どうなってんだ？ しかもかなり態度悪い従業員だったのでトラウマになり
自宅のダイハツタントにムーブは即売り飛ばしスズキに乗り換えた
対応がよかったなんて信じられないです。

点検時に運転席などには保護用シートを掛けて、ハンドルにもビニールを掛けている様です。今日外し忘れていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年点検で入庫。待っている間、新型タフトを試乗させていただきました。機能性能、快適性がいまの軽自動車って、軽自動車じゃない。ここまできたのかと思うほど。５キロほどの試乗コース運転してても乗ってても楽しいと思えた経験でした。ダイハツカフェもおすすめです。10年乗って愛着もあるが。身体機能はどんどん落ちるし、それを補ってもらえる新車のアシスト機能は魅力でした。どうする私？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店に入るなり誰も対応せず、呼び鈴もないため、5分くらいほっとかされどうしたら良いのかわからず本当に困った。接客中の営業は気づいているはずなのだが。
やっと席まで誘導され飲み物を聞かれたが、最後まで出されることはなかった。スバルやホンダを利用したことはあるが、どちらもこんな粗末な対応をされたことは無い。ダイハツの社員教育のレベルが低いのか、この店舗だけなのか。
二度と行きたくない。
