受付の女性は他ディーラーと比べると若さもないし全く愛想がなくがっかりでした。
一番残念だったのは見積もりをもらってるときに社長らしき人が「あれは決まりか？」みたいなことを大声で話していて大変不快に感じました。
The sales staff was friendly and comfortable to serve customers.
The lady at the reception was not as young as other dealers and was completely unfriendly and disappointed.
The most disappointing thing was that when I was getting a quote, a person who seemed to be the president was talking loudly like "Is that decided?" And I felt very uncomfortable.
