★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性が最悪です。電話で問い合わせると「あ！？」「ぇえ！？」を多用しきちんと確認を取らず欲しいものは無いと即答されましたが、改めて確認させるとやはり有るとのこと。もちろん謝罪もなく、終始「あ！？」「え！？」日本語が分からない方だったのでしょうか。先生は女性であれば問題なくきちんと診て貰えますが、立派な肩書きがある男性の先生はこちらを見ることもなく適当な事を言ったので、症状を自分でネット検索をした結果を伝えるとやっとこちらを見て、「その通り」みたいな事を言って冗談かと思いました。女医さん方は良いのですが受付の女性達が不快なので、残念ながら２度と行きません。

The female doctors are good, but unfortunately I will never go again because the women at the reception are uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮膚科の診察は範囲や症状を見る訳でもなく、問診もなし。とりあえず薬出しときますねー。なので薬もすぐ足りなくなる。
アレルギー科もありますが、そういう病院ではありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前お世話になったことがあり久々にかかろうと思い電話をかけましたが、電話対応があまりに高圧的で驚きました。
そんなに非常識な事聞きました…？と感じるほどで、結果予約をとらずに電話を終えました。
忙しい時間帯だったのかも分かりませんが、もう少し患者側に寄り添う姿勢があってもいいんじゃないかと思います。
せっかく頼りにしていた病院だったのに残念です。
今後は他院に移ろうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕁麻疹が出たので診察してもらいました。話も聞いてもらえず蕁麻疹にいついての冊子だけ渡され、無理やり診察を終わらされました。とても「診察」と言えるような時間ではありませんでしたね。また態度も患者に接するような態度ではなく、とても不快でした。無意味な1分の診察には1円も払いたくはありませんでしたが、揉める時間も勿体無いのでお金だけ払って帰りました。…が、2度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センター北周辺の皮膚科の中では先生の診察は親切丁寧だと思います。他の口コミでもあるように受付に口調が強い高圧的な態度の女性が1人います。会えば分かると思います。
患者の愚痴も平然と言っていました。
受付が気にならない方は良いと思います。
私は二度と行かないです。先生は好きなのに残念です。

ハードル走で眉上を切ってしまった際の手術、ニキビ、多汗症の脇の手術と岡田先生に何度もお世話になりました。
多汗症に関しては汗の匂いや量に長い間悩んでいましたが、それらがほぼなくなり今まで感じていたストレスも消えて先生には感謝してもしきれません。今現在手術痕もほとんどなくきれいです。
看護師さんたちもとても優しく声をかけて下さるのでリハビリ期間も通うのが楽しみなぐらいでした。
受付の方の態度に低評価がついてしまっていますが、先生の腕、看護師さんがいいのは確かです。
私と同じニキビや多汗症の悩みを持っている方には胸を張っておすすめできます。

I have been worried about the smell and amount of sweat for a long time regarding hyperhidrosis, but I cannot thank my teacher for the stress that I had felt until now. As of now, there are almost no surgical scars and it is beautiful.
The nurses were very kind to me, so I was looking forward to going through the rehabilitation period.
The attitude of the receptionist has been given a low rating, but it is certain that the teacher's skill and the nurse are good.
I can recommend it to anyone who has the same acne and hyperhidrosis problems as I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Keratinous cyst removed on the scalp. Dr Hiro has been very kind and professional throughout the process. Very caring nurses and nice front desk staff. The procedure was quick, painless, and the incision was done perfectly which has minimized the scarring. Excellent service. Great team. I highly recommend this clinic (Hiro sensei has quite good English ability too).
