★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、一言言わせてもらうと、酷い病院です。
・看護師の対応が悪い時があります。
・診察時間は数分、待ち時間(診察前後含め)長くて6時間、短くても3時間は待たされます。
・ネット環境が悪すぎて、ほとんど使えません。
良い点といえば、建物の雰囲気がいいくらいでしょうか。
本当に、ストレスが溜まる病院なので、行かないことを勧めます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR検査の為こちらの病院に伺いました。まず待ち時間が長すぎるので、緊急性がある方はあまりお勧めしません。そのかわり一人一人しっかり診察してるから待ち時間が長いのかなと思いきや、実際の診察時間はたった数分で 病状などもとくに詳しく聞かれず不信感が募りました。医師がこのご時世にマスクもしてないですし…電話も全然繋がらないのでただの人員不足による待ち時間だと思います。検査結果は遅くても◯月◯日までに出ますよ、と言われたのにも関わらず実際に問い合わせたところ、言われた日の翌日の夜に結果が出ますと言われ失望…しょうがないことですが、仕事の関係で検査結果を待ち侘びていた為、受付の方の電話口での話し方などにガッカリしました。ますます具合が悪くなった気がします。二度と行きません。

The doctor didn't even wear a mask at this time ... I don't even get a phone call at all, so I think it's just a waiting time due to a shortage of staff. I was told that the test results will be available by ◯ month ◯ day at the latest, but when I actually inquired, I was disappointed that the results would be available the night after the day I was told. I don't know, but I was waiting for the test results because of my work, so I was disappointed with the way the receptionist spoke over the phone. I feel like I'm getting sick. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪評を幼稚園のママ友から聞いていたので通院するつもりはなかったが、２年前の祝日に子供が高熱が出たためここしか無く受診。医者は60代位の体育会系の院長。しかし子供が診察が終わるとオーケー!"いいよ。と優しく言ってくれた。悪くないかなと家族で通うようになった。私が便秘で軽い気持ちで薬を処方して貰おうと行くと、肛門を検査して後日内視鏡やろうとなり、そこまでいいですと言ったが院長の機嫌が悪くなった。また膀胱炎症状で薬だけ貰いに行ったときは、超音波の検査もやるとなり下着を下げられゼリーをグイグイ付けられ、終わると院長の指で体のゼリーを拭ってとられた。院長は毛むくじゃらの腕で、ちょっとって感じ。１年半前に若い女性が腹痛で受診して、このようなことで怒ってクチコミに詳細に書いていたけど、ちょっと配慮に欠けると思う。
横浜市から検診とか予防接種も何も許可されていない医院だから、やっぱりいい加減なんだろうね。

A young woman had a stomachache a year and a half ago. , I was angry about this and wrote in detail in the word-of-mouth, but I think it lacks consideration.
It's a clinic that doesn't allow any medical examinations or vaccinations from Yokohama City, so I guess it's just a mess.

星一つもつけたくないのが本音です。
発熱につき、PCR検査を受ける為、コロナコールセンターから紹介を受けて行きましたが、
普段のかかりつけでは間違いなく行きたくないクリニックNo.1です。
普段評価は書かない人間ですが、あまりにも酷く、私と同じ思いをされる方が一人でも少なくなれば良いと思い投稿します。
【受付の対応について】
受付に女性スタッフ3名いらっしゃいましたが、院内に入っても挨拶なし、案内なし。
「すみません、ちょっといいですか。」と声をかけても、無視をされ、何をどうして良いのか分からない状態で5分も待たされました。
これだけならまだしも、なぜか喧嘩口調。
「保険証！」「QRコード読んで順番確認して！」
クリニックに入ってすぐ気分を害すこと間違いなしです。
また、とにかく待ち時間が長い。
たった6人待ちにも関わらず2時間以上待たされました。
急いでいる方は強くお勧めしません。
【環境について】
建物の工事をしているのか、ドリルのような“ガガガガガ”というけたたましい音と振動が建物中に響き、順番待ちを待っている患者にとって最低最悪の環境です。
受付の人や看護師さんの方から名前を呼ばれても全く聞こえないほど。
待合所で待っている長い間、ずっと耐えなければならず何よりの苦です。
こちらは体調が悪く、少しでも安静にしたいのに、全く休まらないです。
むしろ具合が悪くなります。
また、コロナ禍にも関わらず、入口に手指消毒用のアルコールや検温器がありません。
また、発熱患者とそうでない方でスペースが分けられてなかったり、ソーシャルディスタンスになっていない待合所に不安を感じました。

There is no doubt that you will be offended as soon as you enter the clinic.
Also, the waiting time is long.
I had to wait for more than 2 hours even though I was waiting for only 6 people.
Those who are in a hurry are not strongly recommended.
[Environment]
Perhaps you are constructing a building, the loud noise and vibration of a drill-like "rattling" echoes throughout the building, making it the worst environment for patients waiting in line.
Even if the receptionist or the nurse called me my name, I couldn't hear it at all.
I have to endure for a long time waiting in the waiting area, which is the most painful thing.
I'm sick here and I want to rest a little, but I never rest.
Rather, I feel sick.
Also, despite the corona sickness, there is no alcohol or thermometer for disinfecting fingers at the entrance.
Also, I was worried about the waiting area where the space was not divided between those with fever and those who did not, and the social distance was not reached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの症状が出て、緊急でPCR検査が必要になり受診しました。
昔ながらの町医者がそのまま続いているような病院です。
他の低評価の方の口コミを見ていただければと思いますが、自分が気付いた点は、
・老先生１人が対応してるので、効率が悪く、待合い時間が長い。
・受付の対応が最小限過ぎて、質問しても答えてくれない。
・処方される薬の量が多い。
・待合いスペースが、発熱患者と通常患者で別れていない。
・先生がマスクをしてない。
・アルコールの消毒設備がない。
自分家族や知り合いが、病気になってもこの病院はオススメしません。

旧医院のときは24時間体制で診察してくださっていて
現医院になってからも、基本金曜日しか休まずに9時～21時の間
ずっと診察にあたってくださっています。
こどもが高熱を出してしまったときなども
他の小児科などでは、ぱぱっとみて”いつもの薬”の処方しかしてくれなかったりなどですが（毎度同じ。。）
医院長先生はいつもしっかりと検査してくださって、
（インフル、ロタウイルス、食中毒、マイコプラズマなど）
診断と処方とご助言をくださいます。
他の方が仰るように、診察の間隔は長かったりさまざまですが（苦笑）
順番取り、待ちのシステムをうまく利用し
1時間4～5人くらいのペースかなと思いながら
スマホで順番確認してお伺いするようにしています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d only recommend the place if you love to wait or have too much free time.
The clerks at the reception seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing at all, and the doctor sucked. He never seemed willing to communicate, even with a patient right in front of him.
The convenient location and long opening hours don’t make up for the low quality service at all.
