私もコーチは素晴らしくとてもいい方が揃っていますが、事務の方の対応がよろしくないと思います。
言い方や態度が高圧的です。
受付の方の態度は「来させてあげている」といった印象を受けます。
コーチやスーツを着た男性の方たちからは
全くそんな態度を感じませんが、
受付の方は皆さんお若いからなのか…
不愉快な言い方をされる方や、態度などが目立ちます。
コーチ陣が素晴らしいだけに受付の方たちの改善して頂きたいです。

I also have a great number of coaches, but I don't think the clerical staff is good at it.
The wording and attitude are overwhelming.
I get the impression that the receptionist's attitude is "I'm letting you come."
From coaches and men in suits
I don't feel that way at all,
Is it because the receptionists are all young ...
People who make unpleasant words and attitudes stand out.
I would like the receptionists to improve because the coaches are wonderful.
