M	Maro Kob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付スタッフの対応(態度)が首を傾げたくなるほど高圧的。子供のスクールも行われているので、かなり多くの子供が行き来するので、子供への対応が慣れていると言えば良い言い方で、それにしても粗雑で、対応してあげてるという態度が否めない。入り口に、ジム利用者のためのロッカーキーや利用登録を行うシステム？のような機器が置いてあるのだが、それに子供が少しでも触れようものなら、触らないで！汚れるから！ときっつい一言…。入会手続きは、スタッフが少ないから、こらちの予定に合わせて時間指定して来てください。とか、クラスの変更を申し出ると、どこもいっぱいなんですよねー！など、どちらがお金払ってるのかわからなくなります。コロナ禍で、感染対策を厳しく講じているのかもしれないが、子供であれ、大人であれ、あくまでユーザー(顧客)なのだから、施設内に置いて、相応の配慮(システムは触れられないようスタッフが管理する)が必要ではと感じます。近隣だし、子供が慣れてきたので致し方なく利用してますが、落ち着いてほかにあれば、すぐにでも辞めたいです。 The response (attitude) of the reception staff is so high that it makes you want to tilt your head. M	Mikisan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コナミスポーツクラブの会員になって15年、一橋学園には、14年通っています。この店舗の会員は、65歳以上の高年齢者がメインで約8割程度だと思われます。コロナ感染対策は十分に施されていますが、昨年3月のコロナ感染対策の緊急事態宣言以降は常連の方々もかなり辞められて会員数はかなり少なくなっています。但し、プールのジュニアスクールは、以前と変わらず多くの子供達が通っているようです。さて、私は、いつも週2回ジムで1.5時間ほど筋トレを行い、体力を維持して行くつもりです。また、風呂場にあるサウナに入るのを楽しみにしていて、ストレス発散になっています。これからもお世話になるつもりです。 I have been a member of Konami Sports Club for 15 years and have been attending Hitotsubashi Gakuen for 14 years. k	ko k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は綺麗、設備も十分(この立地ならば)、掃除もそこそこされていると思います。ただ、受付やジムの接客レベルがひどい。間違えたアナウンスが多く、商品券や都度払いの権利を失いました。謝罪もないです。再説明を受けましたが、その説明も間違ってました(その場で間違えた案内と気づき指摘)、ここまでくると笑えるレベル！自分たちは間違えるくせに、他のお客さんが間違った行動したら、厳しく攻めてました。(スタジオ予約してるのに、受付終了後ロッカールームで、遅刻すると出れないことを説明しつつ、受付やり直しさせてました笑) 65歳以上のお金持ちの会員が多いので、細かいこと言わない、大らかな方が多いと思います。会員の方々はのほほんとしていて、ほんわかしていて、ほどよいお節介で笑、お互いに気持ちよく利用できます。案内は間違っている可能性あり、接客も最低、と思っておけば、がっかりしません。今の時期はリーズナブルに利用できるので、お得です。通常期の値段は他のジムに比べて高いので… ちょっと…(笑) The facilities are clean, the facilities are good (in this location), and the cleaning is decent.
