★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Tachikawa area. Beef & chicken phô is delicious! Also recommend the fresh spring rolls, prawns, and chicken wings. Have eaten here multiple time due to how great the staff is and how delicious their food is.
