最低20分は必ずかかります。
薬剤師何人もいるように見えますけど何やってるんでしょうね。
散々待たせておいて謝罪などは一切無くかなり感じ悪いです。
待たせてるのだから一言謝罪くらいしたらどうですかね。
薬の説明もほとんどありません。
ここの薬剤師は本当に態度が悪いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も指摘されていますが、他の調剤薬局に比べて時間が掛かる＆説明がいい加減な傾向があります。
コロナ禍以降も紙コップをケースによる保護もなく置きっぱなしな状態でコーヒーの無料提供を続けているので衛生面でも疑問に思います。
コーヒーを利用してる人も見かけたことがありませんし、撤去すべきでは？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット回線が不調でクレジットカードが使えないと書いてあるが、ネット回線不調ならシステム何も使えなく運営出来ないじゃないかと思う…。嘘つきです。
手数料取られたくないだけなら使えないように変更すれば良い。
対応も遅いし二度と行かない…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼過ぎに行きましたが、3人ほど待っていて待ち時間は15分程度でした。
2回利用していますが、2回とも物腰が柔らかくハキハキした方が対応してくれました。
支払いの際、クレカ利用について特に書いてなかったので聞いてみたところ、クレカも普通に使用できました。
時間帯によっては待ち時間が長くなる可能性もあるので、急いでる方は混み具合を見て利用するか判断した方が良さそうです。
