★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go here. 0 customer service. I walked in and they wer just chatting to each other and didn't even say hello or take any note that I was standing in the shop. I was literally going to buy some snowboard bindings then n there but when I had to say hello and say I want to get some bindings, can you help. The guy just pointed to them and mumbled something I didnt understand and continue to chat to his mate. I understand we are in Japan but there didnt see to be much english spoken here and this resort is majority english spoken in the winter season, or at least a little.
