m	m m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで予約し、諸事情によりキャンセルをお願いしました。キャンセルの申し出をした途端、明らかに対応が雑になったのが分かりました。｢ではこちらでキャンセル処理しておきますので｣とのことで、電話を切ったのですが、キャンセル処理のメールなどは来ず、、、おかしいな、、と思い、後日確認の電話をとったところ、別の方が電話にでられ、指定の電話番号に電話をかけるよう指示されましたどうやら、決済処理は外部に委託しているようです。委託先の方の対応は丁寧でした。やはり決済キャンセルの連絡は来ていないということでしたが、その場でキャンセル処理をしてくださり、キャンセル確定のメールもしてくださりました。こちらでキャンセルされる方、きちんとキャンセルメールが来ているか確認しておいたほうがいいと思います。 I made a reservation here and asked for cancellation due to various reasons. や	やまだたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆様むちゃくちゃ親切でした！！！子供(中学生)の板のレンタルでしたが、初心者と伝えると柔らかめの軽い板を用意してくださるなど、すごく気が効きます！！おひとり一見無愛想な方がおられますが、その人が板をわざわざ「柔らくて軽いヤツ用意してあげて！」って他のスタッフに言ってくださった方です！寡黙なだけですごくいい人なのに、第一印象無愛想に見えてしまうのほんと勿体ない… ちゃんと貸し出す前に簡単にですがソールのメンテもしてくださって、色んなスキー場のレンタル利用しますがダントツで過去一の対応でした！！ゲレンデ側の対応がクソなのがほんと悔やまれる… ありがとうございました！！ Everyone was insanely kind! !! !!
