★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全プライベートで誰の目も気にせずトレーニングが出来て本当に気が楽です。コースによりますが月一でパーソナルも受けられるのでトレーニングの見直しや色々と相談も出来て安心感もあります。大手のジムにも通ったことがありますが、こちらはトレーナーの方が本当にプロでとても心強いです。個人的にはパーソナルでトレーニングの基本をしっかり身に付けてからこちらでやると良いかなと思います。
It's completely private and I can train without worrying about anyone's eyes, so it's really easy. Depending on the course, you can also receive personalization once a month, so you can review your training and consult with us in various ways, which gives you a sense of security. I've been to a major gym, but the trainer is really professional and very encouraging. Personally, I think it's best to do it here after learning the basics of training personally.
