★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物は、良い見たいで、相談にも乗ってくれる、のでお勧めです。ただ、販売員の言う事を聞きすぎると、かなり高額になってしまいます。要らない物は、要らないとはっきり言える方にお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部店員の接客態度が非常に悪い。棚にもたれかかりながらめんどくさそうに対応された。
そのことを本部に伝えると店舗からではなくお客様相談室の人間からテンプレの回答。
少なくとも他の地域のAOKIはよかったが可児店はオススメできない。
The customer service attitude of some clerk is very bad. It seemed to be annoying while leaning against the shelf.
When I told the headquarters about it, the template was answered by a person in the customer service office, not from the store.
At least AOKI in other areas was good, but I can't recommend the Kani store.

ネット通販も便利でよいと思いますが、メーカーによって微妙にサイズが違ったり、色や柄も現物をみて店舗で購入します。
店員さんの教育はなされていると思いますが、個人差は否めませんね。

スーツを着る頻度や用途を聞き、それに合わせて数セット用意。その中から、試着、選びました。
悩まず、ズボンの裾あげ計測も早く、20分程で決め帰れました。
選ぶのが面倒な人にはいいかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お正月に礼服を新調しました。道挟んだ向かいに競合他社さんありますね。そちらも下見…と思っていましたが、接客してくださった男性スタッフさんの隙のないスムーズな対応に「他も観に行ってきます」…と言う間もないまま、こちらで購入を決めてしまいました?
手持ちのスーツを下取りすると2万円引きしてもらえました。(セール期間だったからかしら？ いつも…ではないかもです。)
良い品をgetできたと思うので、結果オーライでしょう‼️たぶん?
