他の自転車屋が11時から営業が多く、パンクで困っていました。
腰がとても低いお二人で対応して頂きました。
パンク修理だけでしたが、油をさして頂いたり、チャリのスタンドを上げてお見送りまでしてもらいました。
こんな気持ち良い自転車屋は初めてです。

整備もしっかりされてて乗りやすく、出発前に素人にもわかるよう丁寧に説明、セッティング頂き、安心してお借りすることが出来ました
なにより、お店のかたお二人の人柄が素晴らしく、本当に自転車がお好きなんだろうなーとほのぼのしました
世の中、こんなお店ばっかりだったら最高なんですが◎
自転車をお借りするので身分証明書が必要（免許証とか）なんですが、返却時、「個人情報ですから」と借りたときの免許証のコピーと領収書をもらいました（たしかに仰るとおり、でもこの手のものをあんまり返却されたことないです）
そのあたりの丁寧さも含めて、完璧なお店かと思います
こちらで自転車購入してもきっと丁寧にメンテナンスしてもらえるんでしょうね

It was well maintained and easy to ride, and I was able to borrow it with confidence after carefully explaining and setting it so that even an amateur could understand it before departure.
Above all, the personalities of the two people in the shop are wonderful, and I wonder if they really like bicycles.
It would be great if there were only such shops in the world ◎
I need an ID card (such as a driver's license) because I rent a bicycle, but when I returned it, I received a copy of the driver's license and a receipt when I borrowed it because it was "personal information" (as you say, but I've never returned this kind of thing)
I think it's a perfect shop, including the politeness around it.
Even if you buy a bicycle here, you will surely be able to maintain it carefully.
