Y	YJ midlist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客さんが何が必要か考えてるようなことがとても良かった。だから多いお客さんが来るんだと思う。私が初めて行った時には何も買わなくて質問ばかりしたんですが、親切にしてくれた店人さんの態度が嬉しかった。あの時には私には必要なものがなかったのに店人さんの態度のおかげで何か買いたいになった。だからトレックの自転車を買った今はもう一度本町のトレックの店舗に行って色んなものを買った。やっぱり２回目の訪問にも店人さんたちの態度が良かった。私は外国人だ。そんな私にも親切な店舗だった。実は六本木のトレック店舗に行った時があった。その店舗はほんとに店人さんの態度が悪かったのでトレックのイメージが私には悪くなるかもしれなかった。その私にトレックのイメージが良いイメージに変わった経験になってくれたのが大阪のトレック店舗たちだった。本町の店舗も良かったし梅田の店舗も良かった。今からもよろしくお願いします。がんばってください。 It was great that the customers were thinking about what they needed. At that time I didn't have what I needed, but the store clerk's attitude made me want to buy something. So now that I bought a Trek bicycle, I went to the Trek store in Honmachi again and bought various things. After all, the attitude of the shopkeepers was good for the second visit. I'm a foreigner. It was such a kind store for me. Actually, there was a time when I went to the Trek store in Roppongi. The store had a really bad attitude, so the image of Trek might be bad for me. It was the Trek stores in Osaka that gave me the experience of changing the image of Trek into a good one. The store in Honmachi was good, and the store in Umeda was also good. I was extremely fortunate to have had Mr Urabe from the Osaka Store approach me as I came in. I had so many questions, odd and difficult requests. After finding that the Madone was the bike for me and Mr Urabe being the person to take care of quirky needs, I ordered my Superbike that day. Mr Urabe’s knowledge of bicycles, repair, maintenance is above and beyond any mechanic I have met which is showcased in a his bike maintenance certification by SBM. If you need your bike maintained by a world class mechanic, he’s the man to go to. If you need to need in depth knowledge about a Trek bike, he’s the ONE. He takes bikes completely apart to maintain them. When bikes come from Wisconsin, he takes them apart, checks everything over, before finally giving it to an eager customer. The store is beautiful, their inventory is fantastic, their customer service is amazing. If you are even slightly interested in a Trek, go down there and check them out! They have staff that speak English and Español. Mr Urabe unfortunately does not speak English.
