U	U U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハズレ引いたんだろうけど、店員の態度が悪かったです。クロスバイクを買おうと思ったのに質問してもあやふやな答えで、適当にあしらうような接客。暇そうな店員だったのに。本町のBECKONは試乗させてくれたりいろいろアドバイスしてくれたのですが、欲しいモデルが欠品中。結局地元のサイクルベースあさひで購入しましたが、こちらもとても気持ちのいい接客でした。ワイズロードには二度と行きません。 I think I lost it, but the clerk's attitude was bad. Even if I thought about buying a cross bike, even if I asked a question, the answer was vague, and the customer service was appropriate. Even though he was a clerk who seemed to be free. BECKON in Honmachi gave me a test drive and gave me various advice, but the model I wanted is out of stock. After all, I bought it at the local cycle base Asahi, but this was also a very pleasant customer service. I will never go to Wise Road again.
H	Hidari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのロードバイクを買いました。混んでる中でも色々説明してくださって安心感があり、話し方も気持ちよく買わせてくれるものでした。その後も必要な小物を買いに何度か行っていますが、今の所特に印象に変化はありません。良いお店だと思います。 I bought my first road bike. Even though it was crowded, I was relieved to explain various things, and the way of speaking was comfortable to buy. I've been going to buy the necessary accessories several times since then, but so far I haven't changed my impression. I think it's a good shop.
々	々々 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフトワイヤーが切れたので、交換ついでに他のパーツで気になる点も見てもらおうと来店したが、この店で買ったものでなければ修理しないと一蹴。引越してきたため購入店にはとてもじゃないが行けないことを説明したが、コロナだからお断りしてるの繰り返し。修理が必要な箇所を見るだけならOKと言ってもらえたので1時間待って再来店したところ、「あー、交換した方がいいですね」で終了。もちろんシフトワイヤーの交換もしてもらえず。言葉通りではあるのだけれど、スタッフからの申し出だったので淡い期待を抱いて1時間待った分、落胆してしまった。とはいえ、スポーツバイク専門店とのことで、私のようにレースなど興味がなく、緩く自転車を楽しんでるだけの人間には元々縁のない店だったようです。 Since the shift wire was broken, I came to the store to see what I was worried about with other parts while replacing it, but I dismissed it unless I bought it at this store. I explained that I couldn't go to the store where I bought it because I moved, but I refused because it was Corona. I was told that it was OK if I just looked at the parts that needed repairs, so I waited for an hour and came back to the store. Of course, I couldn't get the shift wire replaced. As the word says, it was an offer from the staff, so I was disappointed because I waited for an hour with a faint expectation. However, because it is a sports bike specialty store, it seems that it was originally a store that was not related to people like me who are not interested in racing and just enjoy cycling loosely.

고	고슴도치Kosumdochi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't sell BMX's, but they do have some 20" inner tubes, pumps and stuff. I got a sour look from one of the staff last time, so I expected them to be a little unfriendly the next time I went there. On the second visit all of the staff were nice and very helpful and friendly and patient. I was able to find what I needed, but it took longer because their English was limited and my Japanese is terrible. Not cheap, but nothing in Osaka seems to be except alcohol and soda.
N	Nathan Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amount of items. Clothes are now located in a separate store called the Wear Kan. Prices are generally RRP. It is just around the corner. Not as many parts as I would like though. まあまあ、京都店の方が大きいです。
R	Ryan Tiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good points- wide selection of bicycle brands, variety of road bike parts and upgrades. Bad points- communication is key to customer care and in this case I needed someone knowledgable to explain the parts I was and wanted to buy but they just looked at me.
