I called once and talked to the shop staff, but the response was polite, and I thought that this shop would be safe, so I visited the shop and asked for repairs. The response was quick and the details of the repair were explained carefully, and I was able to fix it with a reasonable amount of money. I think that it is a recommended shop for those who are worried about the correspondence of the clerk.
