納車後のアフターサービスに期待したいと思います。
購入後
購入前までは連絡等も迅速でしたが、購入後は対応にがっかりすることが多かった。こちら側からの連絡にも返信が無く、電話してやっと返事をもらえるということがあった。
購入前と購入後の対応の変化がちょっと残念だった。

担当スタッフとのタイミングが合わず連絡も付きづらい。担当者の変更を頼んだが変わらず。話が進まないので第三者を挟んでやっと少し進展。
他の店でタイヤ交換の際に、ナット規格が合っておらず脱輪の可能性があったと指摘された。
どうやら車さえ売れれば客が事故ろうが構わない方針らしい。

最速、進捗確認の電話を2度3度しないと行けないくらいレスポンスも遅い。
一般のディーラーの3倍は遅い。
どうなってるのか聞くとすいませんしか言わず、その場しのぎに感じる。
最終的に進捗確認した所、遅れてるどころか何も進んでない。いったい客をなんだと思っているのか。
車が売れればそれでいい方針でしてるのかと客に思わせるような店。
正直こんな所で今後購入したくない。
同じ思いをしたくのであればこの店で買わない事をおすすめする。
