★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり個人名は言えませんが、カスタマー窓口のお兄さんが対応よく本当に感謝。日用品も叩き売りしてることがあり、そこらのスーパーやドラッグストアより安いです。盲点でした。貧しい伊勢市民にはありがたい限り。あまり客がこないと心がすさんでしまいそうだけど、店員さんキチンとしてるのえらいですね。

売り場は広く、色々なものがありますが、どこに何があるのかいまいち分かりにくい。吊り下げも札もそうだけど、感覚的に行っても売り場にヒットしない。。他所となにか違うのだろうか。。
あと、正直店員さんの愛想は悪い。他店も含めて何度も行ったことがあるが、この人がそういうなら買おうかな。と思える人に出会ったことがない。
それは、売り場だけでなくレジもそうです。愛想がいいとは思えない。
以前、不良品の交換に来店したが、わざわざ不良品の交換に来店しているのに、なんなんだろこの胸のざわつきは。。と思ってしまった。その際の電話対応もお粗末な対応でした。対応は経験の積み重ねも必要だと思いますが、せめて笑顔で元気よく愛想よくしていただきたいです。
