親切で優しい看護師さんと穏やかで柔らかい物腰の先生で、内科小児科クリニックですが体感では８割は小児の患者さんが多いです。
なので子供の病気(インフルエンザなど)が流行っている時は混み合い、待ち時間が長くなることがあるので具合の悪い大人の方は別の内科に行かれた方が早いかもしれません。
清瀬市民ではないのですが、休診の時に他の病院に行っては結局宇都宮さんに戻ってきて再診していただくほど信頼しています。

以前子供の熱で受診したときは、他に待合室に誰一人いないのに20分以上待たされた。
待合室の椅子は汚い。
熱がある時はカーテンで仕切られた簡易的なスペースに案内されるのだが、その後消毒はしていなかった。
子供が熱を出し再び受診すると、かなりの人数が待っており、熱がありしんどそうなのでまた明日来ると伝えると熱があるのでと止められた。
処方箋をもらうのに急いで欲しいのに、別の人を先に呼ばれがっかり。帰りたいことを伝えてから結局1時間、トータル1時間半かかった。

医師の応召義務についてどう考えているのか伺いたかったが、受付を介しての医師からの言葉、看護師からの無責任な言動を受け、ここで診察を受けるべきではないと感じ帰宅。
その後、他の病院で診察して頂きました。
診察を拒否したのは単に面倒だったからなのでしょうか？今でも疑問が残ります。
