三輪道生Dr.に腰の椎間板ヘルニアと狭窄症の手術をして頂きました。 歩けない程痛くて別の病院に救急車で運ばれ2回程入院しましたが狭窄症とは一言も聞いてなくて椎間板ヘルニアの診断名でしたが、セカンドオピニオンしたいと言ったら、その日のうちに退院させられました。 宇都宮記念病院に電話したら直ぐに診察して頂き県外から来た事を先生に伝えると、その日のうちに出来る検査を緊急で入れて頂き、手術する意思があるか聞かれて即決で入院日も決めて頂き、入院前検査も何度も通わなくて良いように次の日に全てして頂き入院した日に残りの検査して頂き、手術を受ける事ができました。何年も足の痺れと腰の痛みに悩んできたのに全て無くなって、今は元気に仕事に復帰してまーす。 とても親切でスピーディーな対応、退院後の通院の時もとても親切で看護師さんもスピーディーです。 もう通院終了してますが、本当に感謝です。

ここ2回ほど、定期検診を受けています。駐車場も近くに10ヶ所ほど有りますので、車での訪問も可能です。定期検診の場合は6時間駐車料金が無料サービスになります。 受付を済ませて着替えをして、その後は指示通りに空いている検査を受け、スムーズに終わりました。 看護師の方々も皆さん親切丁寧で、採血は何の痛みも無く終了しました。 会計も現金以外、クレジットカードが使えます。 昼食付きのセットなので、12階のレストランで和食か洋食のランチを食べられます。 定期検診しか経験ないですが、とってもお勧めです。

だいぶ前の事ですが、義理母が入院した際に、看護師に酷い対応をされました。点滴が逆流していて痛かったので、看護師を呼んだら、病室のスライドドアを強めにバンっと開け、無言で点滴をちょっといじったら、ドア閉めずに去っていきました。その日は、お見舞いに行っていたのですが、それを目の当たりにし、常識的にあり得ないなと思いました。お見舞いに来る前から雑な対応だったそうです。義理母はこんな病院に入院していたくないからと、他院に病床の空きを確認し、空いてるとの事で、記念病院の担当医に転院を伝えました。伝えた所、他の病院をすすめられましたが、済生会でお願いしますと言うと気分を害したのか、態度が一変したそうです。知り合いの方もこの病院で酷い目にあったそうです。この病院で働く方がみなさんそのような対応をする方ばかりだとは思いませんが、他の方の口コミを見る限り、最低な対応をする医師や看護師が多いようです。この病院は健康診断のみやる病院にしたらいいと思います。入院患者を受け入れるような病院ではないと思います。

仕事のストレスが酷く不眠や食欲不振、胃痛で受診。精神科にかかるよりまず一番ひどかった胃に病気があるかもしれないと思い選びましたが、失敗でした。 消化器内科の中年男性医師はこちらを一度も見ず、最後まで体ごと横向きにパソコンだけを見ていました。 患者の顔色や外見等に診察すべき箇所があるはずなのは素人の私にも分かります。なのにこちらを全く見ない。初めての経験でした。 そして症状を伝える際自律神経という言葉を用いた私に「自律神経なんて言葉は無い。」と言いました。驚きました。自律神経という言葉は存在する筈です。医師は私に何を伝えたかったのでしょうか。この方はほかの患者さんにもこういった対応をされているのでしょうか。 どう考えても、私はこの方に見下され、バカにされたのだと思いました。 診察後胃カメラ検査の日程を決める為に話した中年の女性看護師さんは診察を見ていたので、とても心配そうに私に話しかけてくれたことを記憶しています。 後日胃カメラをしましたがあの医師にまた会わないといけないとなると恐ろしくて、検査結果を聞きに行けていません。 健康診断で別棟に伺った際にも、血管が細く見えにくいので採血は失敗されることがものすごく多く、困っており、太い針だと余計に採れなくて怖いと若い女性看護師にやんわりと伝えたところ、 「そういう風に言われるのは困る。こちらもやりにくい。」という旨の返事をされたあげく無理矢理太い針を刺され、刺したまま針を深くしたり浅くしたりしていたので大きなアザが出来てしまいました。 はっきりと翼状針でゆっくりお願いしたいと言えばよかったと後悔しましたが、健康診断のお客さんがたくさんいる中で一人に時間をかけていられないのではと思い、遠慮した物言いをしました。 採血の際には通常看護師からアルコール消毒は大丈夫か、などの質問をされるはずなので、いつもその時に採血しにくいことは話しますが、こちらではそういったやり取りもありませんでした。 上記の2点はもう数年前の話で医師や看護師が現在も在籍されているかなどは分かりかねますが、私にとってあまりにも悲しくとても心に残っている出来事だったので書かせていただきました。

(2022/02/27 )家族が、入院中です。 家で転んで、1晩床で倒れてて意識ありだったけど巨体な為動かせず救急車を呼び受け入れてくれました。 お外のガードマン、受け付けのお姉さん達、看護師さんにお医者さんも皆親切に気を使ってくれて感謝です。特にガードマンの人は、積極的にお外でみんなに声をかけてて困ってる人が居ないように何回も確認してくれる日良い人です。 入口の人もかなり親切で美人さんばっかりです。 そして、おトイレがめっちゃ綺麗です。 今は、コロナで忙しいし看護師さん達も少し苛立ってるのかもしれないけどみんな頑張ってます。 星1つないのは、荷物の受け渡しが看護師さんが来るけど1時間たっても来てないので荷物受け取りの専用のクラークさん居ても良いかもって所とスタッフさんの連絡が携帯での通話連絡なのでもっとデジタル化したら効率良いかな?って思った所です。そうすればかなりスムーズになると思う。大学病院とかデジタル化されてて凄いスムーズだし。 しかし、お会計のシステムが高齢者には親切ではないので人対応窓口あった方が良いと思う。 困ってた高齢者何回も見た。日曜日は誰も居ないし本当にどうしよう?って感じで困ってました。 荷物受け取り専用の動けるクラーク1人くらいいて欲しいです。 次の荷物受け渡しも1時間近く待たされ、入院中の家族に忙しそう?って聞いたら雑談してるよってLINEの返事でマジか忘れられてる?って思いました。 看護師さん達も人間だし、みんなから低い評価受けたら悲しくなると思います。 1階ロビーの人達、本当に親切にしてくれて感謝です。日曜日なのに救急車がひっきりなしに来てみんな忙しそうでした。 03/02入院時の様子を聞いたら、上の階荷物とか取りに来るの遅いなって思ってたら看護師さん達わりとお喋り好きさん達でさっと動けはかなり待ち時間なくなると判明です!!
