It can't be helped because it's the only UFJ in Tochigi prefecture. I think it's natural to lose to Ibaraki for ease of living and be at the bottom.

J	Jack Clements on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee's are kind and friendly however, this is not a real bank and does not have any banking facilities. Mitsubishi UFJ is a huge bank and this is the only branch office in Tochigi prefecture. I was advised to travel to Saitama and Tokyo if I wanted specific information. This is unacceptable in the modern world! There are only ATM machines here. There's no parking. You should park in a convenience store carpark and walk to this branch. African countries that are poor have better options than this! Banking in Japan is how the UK was in the 1980's! Research before you open a bank account in Japan, they're usually terrible with poor customer service skills! This branch however had friendly employee's.
