渡	渡辺智 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開院当時からお世話になってます。なんせ365日診療が心強いです。実際、年末年始やお盆にもお世話になりました。普段からの土日もすごく助かります。先生もとっつき易い先生です。入ったことはないですが、カフェが併設されてます。おしゃれな感じのランチみたいです。 I have been indebted since the hospital opened. と	ともちぃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この前久しぶりに受診しました。胃腸炎でした。(たぶん) コロナ禍というのもあり、以前と違い、受付や医師の対応が変わっていました。発熱外来で受診したのですが、病原菌の塊を扱うような態度でした。苦笑健康な方からすればそうなんでしょうけどね。担当医師なんか、個室のドアから半身だけ覗かせて問診だけして去って行きました。こんなこと初めてなのでビックリ。ホントに胃腸炎ですよね？笑前に口コミをしましたが、必要事項を伝えてくれないことがあります。あと、診察券や保険証や薬の渡し忘れが本当に多いです。家に着いてから電話をもらい、来てくださいと言われまた来院… 過去数回あります。自分で気づけないのも悪いのですが、どうしても辛いときに行くのでボーッとしてしまうんですよね… 病院自体は365日診療なので本当に助かりますし、予約もできるので他の内科と比べ院内での滞在時間も軽減されて◎です。院内も綺麗で静かです。 I had a medical examination for the first time in a long time. 0	007 box on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社で健康診断の結果が悪く病院で診てもらうように言われ受診。血液検査と違う日に腹部エコーの検査をして頂きました。診て頂いた先生は女性の先生でしたがとても丁寧に見て頂き良かったのですが、受付と採血は酷かったです。採血はすごく痛かったです。３日は採血した所が痛かった・・・１週間は痣になるくらいでした。そして受付ですが・・・会計の際に血液検査の結果をくれなかったので、前回の結果の紙を下さいと言った所「少々お待ちください。」からがかなり待たされた。検査結果貰うだけにどんだけ時間かかるんだか（呆） 30分位待った所で違う人に催促してやっと貰えた。先生はいいんだけど、採血する人と受付がなー　ちょっと残念。 The result of the health examination at the company was bad and I was told to see him at the hospital. 裕	裕美狩野 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は穏やかでとっても優しいです。院内も清潔に保たれていて看護師の方も明るくて優しく気持ちのいい対応をしてくれます。ただ受付の人がよくありません。言葉が足りないというか、最初受付をしたら血圧測ってくださいと言われるのですが測定した紙を受付に持っていくのか、それとも先生に渡すのか言ってくれないので困ります。以前検査をしてもらうのにサンプルの提出をしたのですがその時も受け取るだけで、その後会計があるのかそれとも内診があるのか帰宅していいのか、検査結果はいつ頃出るのか何も言わないのでその都度受付の方に聞くのがしんどいです。向こうが何も言わないので受付から離れると「体温測ります！！」と大声で呼んでくるのでイラッとします。毎日たくさんのひとが来るので流れ作業になっているのだと思いますがもう少し声かけをして欲しいです。受付は病院の顔なので対応が雑だと病院に足を運ぶのが嫌になってしまいます。受付の窓口が二つあるので入り口に近い方の窓口に診察券を出すと奥にいた方がこちらですと言ってくるのですが対応出来ないなら方ほどの窓口は閉めておいてください受付以外はとっても良い病院です The teacher is calm and very kind.
