基本もそうですが、パンチもその人にあったものを教えますし、ディフェンスも丁寧に教えてくれました。
マスボクシングもルールがしっかりしてますし、自分が戦っているのを確認する為に、動画を取って練習後に見れるようになっていて、ジム内は結構広いので練習に困る事はほとんどないです。
