筋トレとキックボクシングを組み合わせたトレーニングが岐阜県初とのことで、フリーペーパーに掲載されて話題になってました。
トレーナーさんは若くて爽やかイケメンなので、それだけでも女性に人気がありそうですが、本当に嬉しいのは各年代、お仕事など一人一人の女性に最適なトレーニングとアドバイスを頂けるところです。
おひとりおひとりにしっかりと時間をとって頂けるのが良いパーソナルジムの良いところですが、口コミでかなり広まっているので早く行かないと定員などがあると埋まってしまうかも。
