忙しいにも関わらず先生はいつも、すごく丁寧で分かりやすくて対応がいい方です! いろんな眼科に行ったことありますが、看護師さんの対応も良いし1番オススメです!

受付対応に対して最低評価④件。 ①診察券には16:30までと書いてあったが、玄関に15:30までの貼り紙がありました。私は2分前に入れたので良かったですが、16:00頃来た年配女性は「えぇー今日ダメなの…診てもらいたかったなぁ…」と色々な会話の流れから定期的に来院してる方のようでしたが、急な時間変更だったみたいですね。 ②15:28に診察券を出した時に15:45と書いた小さい紙を渡されて、「紙に書いた時間まで車で待ってもらってても構いませんので」と言われましたが、私自身は15分位なら車に戻る程でもなく院内で過ごしててもいいと思ったので椅子に腰掛けると、受付した女性がすぐ来て、「順番来たら呼ぶので車で待ってて下さい」と…←だったら最初から任意じゃなくて依頼しろよ!と思いましたが、「あっ!すいません」と素直に車で待ちましたよ。 ③時間通りに受付に戻って小さい紙を受付に戻しました。同じタイミングで他に2組戻ってきて、私の後(15:29)に診察券を出してた人が数秒程車から戻るのが早かったみたいで、順番が変わって先に呼ばれて早々に帰宅されてました。←「車に戻されて時間通りに受付に戻ったのに、順番が変わるんなら最初から院内で待たせろよ!」と言うと空気が悪くなりそうなので言いませんでしたよ。 ④若干不快に思いながらも、待合室で待っていると、若い母親が男性看護師さんに「子供の習い事があってそろそろ行かないと…17:00過ぎにまた戻ってきてもいいですか?」と、男性看護師が「17:00だと閉院してますが、16:30位にはなりませんか?」と聞き返し、折り合いがつかなかったのか「ちょっと待ってて下さい」と男性看護師さんが診察室へ入って行き戻ってくると、母親とコソコソ話しが始まり←「中へどうぞ」と順番すっ飛ばして診察に通されてました。。。←はぁ~!!私も早めに迎えに行くって約束した子供を保育園で待たせてますけど!とは言いませんでしたよ。 保育園に迎えに行ったら子供に「遅かったね!」て怒られましたよ。 ■この病院は受付の順番回しが不適切です■ 病院ホームページに『お問い合わせ』があったので、これだけの長文をわざわざ書き込んで、いざ『送信』を押すと『IDパスワード』の入力画面が出て来て書き込めず。←(ホームページ上には登録が必要な注意書きもないのにですよ。) メールフォームすらも無いのでこちらの口コミに書きます。 最初から最後まで、甚だ不愉快な通院となりました。

I was returned home. ← I didn't say "I was returned to the car and returned to the reception on time, but if the order changes, wait in the hospital from the beginning!" Because the air seems to get worse. ④ Although I was a little uncomfortable, when I was waiting in the waiting room, the young mother asked the male nurse, "I have to go because I have a child's lesson ... Can I come back after 17:00?" The male nurse asked, "The hospital is closed at 17:00, but wouldn't it be 16:30?" When she entered the examination room and came back, she started talking with her mother ← "Please go inside" and skipped the order to go to the examination. .. .. ← Huh! !! I also have a child who promised to pick me up early to wait at the nursery school! I didn't say that. When I picked him up at the nursery school, my child was angry at me saying "It was late!" ■ The reception order is inappropriate at this hospital ■ There was an "inquiry" on the hospital homepage, so I wrote this long sentence, and when I pressed "send", the "ID password" input screen appeared and I couldn't write it. ← (There is no note on the homepage that requires registration.) I don't even have an email form, so I'll write it in this review. From the beginning to the end, it was a very unpleasant visit to the hospital.

先生は優しくて丁寧で凄くよかったです!! 看護師さんも優しい!! 問題は受付。声が小さくて愛想がなくて病院の顔としては残念です。あと、嫌な患者に対しての態度が露骨すぎる。 会計後のお大事に〜が、唯一ない受付でした。 マスク越しでも目元くらい笑えば?
