J	Junko S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛久市内にいくつかある城址。ここは城址についての説明書きの看板はあるものの駐車場の表記がなく、どこに停めていいのかわからないので星3つ。 There are several castle ruins in Ushiku city. There is a signboard that explains the ruins of the castle, but there is no signboard for the parking lot, so I don't know where to park, so it has 3 stars.

り	りゅう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 壮大な空堀を確認できます。本郭西側の堀は堀底から10mほどの高さがある。幅は25m位。 2郭北側の堀も壮大で4郭に繋がる土橋もしっかりと残っています。この土橋の東側に掘りが盛り上がっているポイントがあり、障子堀のようなものかと思いましたがこちらにも橋があったようです。土塁も見事で本郭、2郭は全面が土塁で覆われています。車で来る方は北側の外郭にあたる中城に停められるようです。駐車場ではないですが、数台なら駐車スペースがあります。この外郭は本城に比べても非常に大きいです。多賀谷の攻勢に対し、岡見氏が北条氏に支援要請をし、駐屯していたスペースのようです。谷田部城、足高城などの支城は落城したが牛久城は陥落を免れたそう。しかし、天正18年の小田原の役で北条氏とともに岡見氏も没落。その後豊臣秀吉から岡見領を与えられた由良国繁が牛久城主となる。関ヶ原の戦い後、徳川家康の家臣で山口氏が統治する。 You can see the magnificent sky moat. This outer shell is very large compared to the main castle. It seems that Mr. Okami requested support from Mr. Hojo for the offensive of Tagaya and was stationed there. Branch castles such as Yatabe Castle and Ashikaga Castle have fallen, but Ushiku Castle seems to have escaped the fall. However, in the role of Odawara in the 18th year of Tensho, Mr. Okami fell along with Mr. Hojo. After that, Kunishige Yura, who was given the territory of Okami by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, became the owner of Ushiku Castle. な	なつみらん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛久城は三方を牛久沼に囲まれた舌状台地の上に建つ平山城だったそうです。それは面白い形状をした城だったのですね。かっぱの小径コースの案内には「沢山の木々に囲まれて木漏れ日散歩が楽しめる」と書いてあり、道も整備されていると書いてあったけど… 確かに木漏れ日散歩で間違いはないが、雑木林の中をここで間違いない！？と心配になりながら突き進む感じでした? 行けども行けども看板が見つからず… ようやく「牛久沼かっぱの小径コース」の案内板を見つけた辺りで、空堀と土塁を確認する事が出来ました。結局、他の方が口コミでアップしているような縄張り図付きの看板を見つける事は出来ず、城址の一角に足を踏み入れただけで終わってしまいました。 Ushiku Castle is said to have been Hirayama Castle built on a tongue-shaped plateau surrounded by Ushiku Swamp on three sides. In the end, I couldn't find a sign with a territory map that other people had posted by word of mouth, and I just stepped into a corner of the ruins of the castle.
お	おやじ少尉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由良氏の城巡りで訪城しました。駐車場はありませんが牛久城址の看板がある場所に止めました。面積は狭いですが城中町に渡り総構えになっているので城付近の藪の中にも堀が残っているのが確認出来ます。本丸付近の堀切は大変深く、しっかり整備されており見応え有りです。牛久城に来たら近くの得月院にも立ち寄るのがオススメです。得月院には駐車場があるのでそちらを利用して訪城しても良いでしょう。 I visited Yura's castle tour. Although the area is small, it is possible to confirm that a moat remains in the bush near the castle because it is fully set up over Jochucho. Horikiri near the main enclosure is very deep and well maintained and is worth seeing. When you come to Ushiku Castle, it is recommended to stop by the nearby Tokugetsuin. There is a parking lot at Tokugetsuin, so you can use it to visit the castle.
H	HIRO's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行ってみたら意外に見所があります。整備途中ですが大堀が綺麗に整備されており中々のものでした。車で行くには狭い道を通りますが近くまでいけます。トイレ等はまだ設置されてないので近くのコンビニ等ですませておいた方が良いです。 There are surprisingly many attractions when you go.
