初めて行って鴨せいろを食べました ネギやお肉が沢山入っていて つけ汁は多めでしたとても美味しかった ただ板橋にしてはお値段が少し 高めかなぁ

下板橋駅から白山通りに向かって少し歩いたところにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。お店の雰囲気は典型的な「街の蕎麦屋」という感じですが、照明が落としてあって落ち着いた雰囲気。メニューが豊富で特色があります。北海道産の食材にこだわっているそうです。たくさんの選択肢に目移りしながら「北の野菜天せいろそば」(1100円)を「田舎そば」(+200円)に変更して注文しました。「田舎そば」には細打ちと太打ちがありましたが、後者は残念ながら品切れでした。濃厚で香り高い「特製くるみ汁」でいただく田舎そばは歯ごたえがあって絶品!量も適度です。天ぷらも美味しく、すべて塩でいただきました。最後はトロトロの蕎麦湯で締めくくります。リーズナブルな酒の肴も多くありましたので、飲み利用にもいいと思います。今度は太打ちも試してみたいのでリピート確定です。

The atmosphere of the shop is a typical "soba noodle shop in the city", but the lighting is down and the atmosphere is calm. The menu is rich and distinctive. There were slivers and fats in "Sokohama Soba", but the latter was unfortunately out of stock. Countryside buckwheat noodles served with rich, fragrant "specially made walnuts" are crunchy and excellent! The amount is also moderate. Tempura was also delicious, all with salt. The last part is finished with Toro Toro's soba hot water. As there were many bottles of reasonable liquor, I think it is good for drinking. 美味しすぎて感動しました。 そばのコシがものすごい。噛めば噛むほど旨みが出てくる。つゆも甘さがかなり控えめでどタイプでした。 セットのかき揚げ丼はエビなど入っているのかと思いましたが野菜(北海道産のにんじん、たまねぎ、じゃがいも)のみで第一印象はちょっと残念。ただ、食べてみると野菜がとっても甘く揚げ方もちょうどよく、お米自体もとても美味しい。 とても素晴らしいお店です。

ずっと気になっていたお蕎麦屋さん、くるみ汁!そば切りの田舎、を選びました。見てわかる通りすごく太くてそばの味しっかり。噛み応え抜群。くるみ汁は「坦々麺のスープに近い…?」と言いながら食べました。濃厚で美味しすぎて、お蕎麦食べ終わった後も汁だけ飲んじゃった。夜は居酒屋営業しているみたいなので、夜も行ってみたいです?
