こどもたちは活発に遊んでいていい公園だと思うのですが、、ベンチに居座りたばこを呑んでる男性（中年、老年）にはうんざりしました。行政に指導してほしいです。
It's unpleasant for someone to smoke without exception.
I think it's a good park for children to play actively, but I'm tired of the men (middle-aged and old) who are sitting on the bench and drinking cigarettes. I want the government to give guidance.
