い	いつき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車を見てもらいたく来店しましたが「今他の自転車見てますのでだいぶ時間かかります。二三時間です」とかなんとか真顔で態度めちゃくちゃ悪く言われました謝りも一言もなかったですすごく気分が悪いです 10万以上の自転車をここで買ってるというのにこれは酷すぎます。 1人で忙しいのはわかりますがもう少し態度を改めていただきたいです。こんな所なら買わなければよかった。 I came to the store to see the bicycle, "I'm looking at another bike right now, so it takes a lot of time. R	Ri- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 追記あまりにあんしんパックについての説明が少ないまま購入を勧めていたことが分かった為、評価下げました。メーカーに付いている盗難保証は条件が難しいと言った上であんしんパックは条件ありませんとだけしか聞いておらず安くてお得と思ってましたが購入後、調べたら年々補償額は減少していく、というか保険はあくまでオマケらしく修理工賃などの割引がメインのようです。自転車購入時にしか入れないのでどのみち加入していたとは思いますが、説明足らなさ過ぎない？と思いました。そんなに大きくはありませんが駅からも近く買い物ついでにも立ち寄りやすいお店です。ネットで買った商品を受け取りすることもできる店舗のようです。購入後淡々と書類を出されますが一つ一つ説明は特になく不親切に思う所も多々ありました。疑問に思ったことはご自身で必ず聞いて下さい。特に保証の流れなどお金に関する所は必ず聞いた方がいいです。購入した自転車に錆予防やパンク予防剤の購入を勧められます。購入するとその場で入れてくれるようですが、強制では無いので必要無ければ断った方がいいです。特にパンク予防剤に関してはデメリットもあるので知らない方は安易に購入しない方がいいと思います。 Postscript I found out that I recommended purchasing with too little explanation about the Anshin Pack, so I lowered the rating. け	けいすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度が悪すぎる。ボサボサの白髪交じり頭の店員には要注意。自転車を買ったので別日に取りに行ったが、あらかじめもらっていた番号札を渡そうとしたところ、いらっしゃいませもなく、待ってくださいの一言で延々と待たされ、他の客にも順番を抜かされ挙げ句無視を決め込まれたので他の店員に声を掛けてやっと対応してもらった始末。支払いも書類の記入もすべてを終わらせていたのにもかかわらず、店側では把握しておらず支払いは済んでいますかと聞かれてさすがにイラッとした。店員の接客も業務ルールもいい加減で杜撰な人達で運営されている。立地条件が良いことにあぐらをかいて企業努力の欠片もない。イオンバイク、恐るべし！！ ☆はマイナス５にしたいが出来ないのが残念。買ってしまったことはしかたがないが、私の周りの人達に被害がないように体験を語っていこうと思う。 The clerk's attitude is too bad.
