j	jun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星マイナスにしたいくらい最悪です！引っ越してから一年ぐらい経ちますがマンションの設備等で確認したいことがあるので電話するも転送電話なので30分後にかけ直して下さい。その後30分後にかけるとまた同じ返答。3回ほど同じやり取りしその日は諦めた。次の日は店舗に繋がるも、折り返し連絡しますと、電話番号の確認も名前の確認もしない。(固定電話のディスプレイに表示されているかもしれないがその番号にかけ直していいかの確認もなし)。次の日になっても連絡がないのでこちらからかけ直すも、週末なので確認が取れないと悪びれる様子もなく返答される。その後1週間経っても返信なし。またこちらからかけると担当からすぐ折り返ししますと言ってその後また連絡なし。最悪過ぎる！それ以前にも何度か確認したい事があって電話しても1度も折り返しかかってきた事がない。無責任極まりない！こんな不動産会社初めて！二度と利用したくないし、他の人にも利用してほしくない！ It's so bad that I want to make it a star minus!
