小	小山駿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで業界最大手との事だったので口コミがあまり良くなかったですが、クレーマーか一部の店員だけだと思い来店しました。結果は、口コミ通り最悪でした。 30分くらい滞在しましたが、店員さんは表に出ている人だけで5、6名いたにも関わらず声かけ等は一切なし。（表に出ているが、修理or購入を決めた人の接客or事務処理しかしていなかった）途中、自転車の事を教えてほしいと伝えましたが、「あ〜そうですか。」と一言で終わり、その後来てくれる事はありませんでした。この店は全員バイト？と思うくらい店の店員全体で自転車を売る意欲がなかった為、欲しい自転車が決まっていない人にはおすすめしません。 ps. この後、自転車屋さんはこんなものなのか？と思い、青山通りのダイワサイクルさんに行きましたが、迷っているとすぐに声をかけてくれたり、子供をカゴに乗せての試乗を嫌な顔せずさせてもらいました。さらに忙しそうにしていた先輩店員らしき人が、後輩店員に今の作業終わり次第、声かけ出来てないお客様に声かけてきて。と指示する場面も見えましたので、自転車業界全体がこの店のようではないみたいです。 The word of mouth was not so good because it was the largest in the industry on the net, but I came to the store thinking that it was only a complaint or some clerk.
