MEAT & WINE WINEHALL GLAMOUR NEXT 新橋のランチタイムにラーメン二郎からヒントを得たステーキランチのお店として営業しているお店。 NEXT新橋店は利用したことなかったが、新橋店をはじめとしたMEAT & WINE WINEHALL GLAMOURは何度か利用したことがあり、若いスタッフが多いんだけど肉の焼き方は非常に上手いので期待してたんですが。。。 まず、ダブル(300グラム)を頼んだんだけど、分厚いステーキが出てくるのかと思ってたら切れ端の寄せ集めだった。しかも焼き方が下手で火が通りすぎてるだけでなくて表面が焦げており、苦い! そして多分茹でもやしからでてくる水分だと思うけど、これのせいでステーキではなくて茹で肉状態になっちゃってる。 胡椒とかで味変したくても置いてないし、セルフのライスは乾いちゃってたし、これはかなりきつい。 この日たまたまだったと信じたい。
