詳細評価4.3 御成門にあるステーキ店、麤皮にやって来ました。 老舗の高級焼き肉店にふさわしい、格調感じる佇まい。 入るものを選ぶかのような重厚な扉は、通るだけでも気分が高揚してしまいます。 今宵は最高級の、希少な但馬牛を食べれるオーナー交えた貸切会に参加させていただきました。 自家高温燻製サーモン 時鮭という脂ののったサーモンですが、脂がすべて旨みに転換されたような味わい。 食感は不思議なくらいあっさりでした。 手間暇かかる特殊な製法。 ここでしか味わえないサーモンでしょうね。 麤皮特製ビーフコンソメスープ スジと脂をよ~く煮込んだ濃厚なスープでした。 活蛸巻海老のサラダ シンプルなサラダですが、文句のつけようがないクオリティの高い一品です。 特選但馬牛焼きサーロイン・イチボステーキ食べ比べ サーロインは、西澤さん生産、34ヶ月の雌牛。 イチボは、岡崎牧場、40ヶ月の雌牛。 最高のお肉を最高の状態で味わうための、特注の炉釜で完成された焼き加減。 比べるのもなんですが、どんない良い豚肉や鶏肉を使ってもこんなきめ細やかでジューシーな食感は作り出せないでしょうね。 はかなくも口の中で消えてしまう上質なお肉。 口の中に緩やかに旨みが残りますが、それもいずれ消えてしまう。 また味わってみたいお肉です。 炉焼温パン・温野菜・ベイクドポテト お肉の添え物も手ぬかりなし。 シャンパンとワインもお料理に合わせて、美味しく頂きました。 パッと見なら他でも真似できそうな見映えですが、味わいに関しては他で真似できなさそうな手間とこだわりが追及されたスペシャルなコースでした。 それにしても、食べログの使った金額30000~は、もう少し上限を引き上げていただかないと、、、

これほどの価格帯のお店にはほとんど行かないので、価格に見合う料理の品質なのかはよく分からない。しかし、一般的な1000円のステーキとは明らかに違う。美味い。 今回予約しないで行ってしまったが、宜しく対応してもらえた。ありがとうございます。今度は、予約して行きます。

I live in Texas. We have really good beef and are very proud of it. That’s said, this was the greatest steak experience of my life.

It’s definitely an experience. The steak cost is quite frankly absurd. I’ve had a lot of Wagyu beef over nearly 20 years in Japan. To be honest this meat is too marbled and fatty to be served as a steak (better served as thin sliced and grilled to let the fat soak and grill into the meat). We went with out of town friends who absolutely wanted to go here. We ordered the 600gram steak which was about $600. The meat is just too rich to make a good steak in my opinion. If you want the experience of this ranked place go for it, but if you want a really great steak dinner then look to a proper steakhouse with less marbled beef. To each their own of course. Enjoy!

One of the best meals of my life. The steak was divine. Perfectly marbles and really unlike anything I’ve ever eaten. The melon was a surprise as well. I have never have a juicer melon. By far the most expensive meal I’ve ever had, but the experience was unforgettable.
