初	初花さなえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真家入江泰吉さんが好んだ参道で奈良を代表する撮影スポットの一つです。テレビで奈良を紹介する場面でもこの参道は良く使われています。明治の廃仏毀釈で多くの寺院が廃寺となりましたので興福寺のように約７０とはいきませんが東大寺でも十数ヶ所の寺院が失われています。この二月堂へと向かう裏参道付近には廃寺にならずに済んだ寺院が残っていてコンクリート舗装されてたりはしますが昔ながらの風情を味わうことが出来ます。大仏様を先に拝観されると思うので正倉院へは行かずに二月堂へ向かうのであれば出口から回廊沿いに大仏殿方向（北）へ進み行き止まりを右に曲がりこの裏参道を進むと二月堂が見えてきます。 It is one of the representative shooting spots in Nara on the approach road that photographer Taikichi Irie liked.
