美味しかったです。もちもちした、太い縮れ麺は食べ応えあります。ゴマがたっぷりきいたスープも美味しかったです。

移転してから初。
背脂ラーメン、生ビール(スーパードライ)、明太マヨ丼、背脂味噌ラーメン(妻)注文。
おつまみの種類はそんなに多くないので軽く飲む感じ。
他の方の感想にもあるとおり、回転が遅め。麺が太いため、茹で時間がかかるみたい。
美味しかった。特にメンマが気に入りました。
ごちそうさまでした。

First time since moving.
Backfat ramen, draft beer (super dry), Meita Mayo bowl, backfat miso ramen (wife) order.
There are not so many kinds of snacks, so it feels like drinking lightly.
As other people have said, the rotation is slow. Because the noodles are thick, it seems that it takes time to boil.
was delicious. I especially like Menma.

背脂ラーメンに赤ネギトッピングで。
背脂たっぷりのスープに赤く色付いたなかなかピリ辛なネギの山。醤油は強過ぎず煮干しもやんわりした塩梅のすっきりスープに背脂の甘味とコクさらに赤ネギのピリ辛感も加わった味わい。そして評判の極太手もみ麺のツルムニムッチリとした弾力のある食べ応え。これが燕系としては新鮮な印象でなんとも美味しなのです。

到着時は平日でも少し混んでおり、13時ごろより空き始めます。
初めての注文はたまねぎラーメンの背脂多め！
玉ねぎは大きめにカットされていて個人的には好きな大きさでした♪少し濃いめのスープに相性が良いです✨
また違ったメニューを注文したいですね！
脂は多めにしましたが、そんなにこってりしておらずスープもおいしく頂けました！
